Either, depending on what the case needs. Most engagements are consulting work that's never disclosed. When a case calls for a named expert, We can provide declarations and testimony.

Rates depend on the engagement level and scope, and I share them during your free initial consultation. Once we agree on scope, I confirm the rate and estimate in writing before any work begins.
